They say that being grateful creates more happiness in life.
If you don’t believe that, try it yourself by saying something that you are grateful for everyday.
I tested it with myself, my clients and my seminars’ participants: gratitude is one of the highest positive emotions that a human being can experience.

I am writing this because I want to tell you a few things. I arrived back home from Brussels this morning and I am still full of energy from the people that I met these 3 days while I was there.
So, I am grateful for:
- all the wonderful friends that I have in Brussels, in the EP and outside, that help me every time that I go there and give me the feedback that I need to improve;
- my amazing ambitious coachees (clients) and ex-coachees and for all their amazing results during the coaching program;
- my seminars’ participants, for showing up, stepping up and learning when they actually have so many other things to do at work;
- the feedback I receive from each one of you that challenge me to grow and be even more creative each new day;
- all the emails that you shared to your friends and colleagues about my programs: sharing means caring!
- all the smiles on the streets and on the EP corridors;
- the great weather we had this week in Brussels 🙂
These were 3 intensive days, with a lot of meetings and energetic seminars. My participants were very active and the feedback I received was beyond my expectations. Here are a few words that I received from a few of them:
